New councillor Geoff Saul

After yesterday’s election for a new councillor representing Chipping Norton on West Oxfordshire District Council, Geoff Saul – for Labour and Co-operative – has been announced as our new representative.

The results are as follows:

 

Geoff Saul (Labour & Co-operative) – 810 votes
Joe Johnson (Conservative) – 500 votes
Matt Clayton (Green) – 58 votes
Andrew Crick (Lib Dem) – 53 votes

 

There were six rejected ballot papers, and the turnout – from an electorate of 4903 – was 29.1%.
