Toilet troubles over for time being

toiletChippy Mayor Mike Tysoe has been in touch with an update to the problems that have caused the public toilets outside the Town Hall to be closed.

Apparently, the toilets have now been reopened, as the cause of the leaking water (no, not THAT type of water) has been located and is being dealt with.

However, the mayor has warned that “it might be necessary to close them from time to time if the works we are doing are not sufficient – only time will tell.”

He has pointed out that “with a building this old, leaks appear from time to time, and they are sometimes very difficult to trace.”

For the time being, though, Chippy’s toilet troubles may be over. If you continue to experience any problems with them, let us know.
