FULL TIME ADMIN ASSISTANT WANTED
Panoramic Journeys is a family run travel company specialising in tours of Mongolia, Burma and Bhutan. We are looking for a permanent full-time admin assistant to join our team at our office in Chadlington. Hours will be Monday to Friday 9.30-5.30.
Duties will include:
· Filing details on our database
· Managing the incoming email account
· Answering the phone & dealing with general enquiries
· Helping the sales team build itineraries for clients
· Experience in an admin role preferred
· Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
· Knowledge of CRM systems desirable
Salary: £15-17,000 dependent on experience.
