A planning application has been submitted to West Oxfordshire District Council to turn the West Street Surgery into four dwellings and a retail unit.
The proposal, put forward by Gentian Projects (Oxfordshire), is to converted the surgery into three houses, one flat and a retail unit. The modern extensions to the property would be demolished.
10 parking spaces and one disabled parking space would be provided.
One house would be three bed, with the other two having four bedrooms. The flat – situated above the shop – would have one bedroom.
Two houses and the retail unit would front onto West Street, with the third house backing onto the retail unit.
The planning application is viewable online via the WODC website – application number 14/1405/P/FP.
West Street Surgery is to join with the Whitehouse Surgery to form a new combined health centre on London Road, which is intended to open next year.
