On Saturday 26th September, Great Rollright Village Hall shall be welcoming Sarah Moule to entertain with her cabaret style jazz singing: Songs for Scarlet Women. Celebrating the Femme Fatale in all her feisty glory, this song-show from Sarah, who has sung at Ronnie Scott’s and with the John Wilson Orchestra, conjures up the atmosphere of a 1950s New York night club and mixes songs with pithy spoken vignettes. It promises to be a night to remember, so order your tickets early as her reputation goes ahead of her, and it will be a popular event.
Doors will open at 7:00pm for a 7:30pm start. Ticket prices have been set at £10 for adults and £5 for under 16s. There will be a range of drinks and snacks from the very modestly priced bar.
Once again, but for potentially the last time, this event is receiving support from Good Night Out, which allows ticket prices to be kept very reasonable. Good Night Out work with many village halls around Oxfordshire, and it is worth looking at their website to see other tremendous shows within our county.
