All day Wednesday – why not get out and take some photos?

On page four of the current Summer Edition you’ll see a short article about the ‘One Day’ in Chippy’ project. It’s ten years since the Museum produced a book of photographs taken by people all over town. The Museum team thought it would be a great idea to produce another to see how times have changed.

So the Museum needs everyone to take photos of any activities at all, as long they’re in town and taken between one minute past midnight on Wednesday 17th July and midnight on that day. Details are in the Summer Edition but basically all you have to do is email your photos to paulinewatkins58@icloud.com

The Museum will then produce a book to record everyday life in Chippy as a companion to the 2007 volume. Spread the word – the more photos the better!

The full article appears in the current issue;  there are still copies in boxes around town.

Don’t forget, we don’t publish the News in August as everyone’s on holiday. The next edition will be September’s and the deadline for submissions is 9th August.

Happy holidays!
