Covid-19 Update: Do you need support?

Support for Extremely Vulnerable – If you or someone you know in Chippy has been identified as extremely vulnerable by the NHS there is a dedicated helpline 01993 861077 (8.30am – 8pm weekdays, 9am – 5pm weekends). This is the Community support resilience hub being organised county-wide. They can help directly or connect with local support groups.

Age UK Oxfordshire offer advice at 01865 411288.

Oxfordshire All In  lists local support groups, including in Chippy

Age Concern (Highlands) in Chippy have an excellent small team helping deliver to those housebound: call 01608 643320

Chippy Community Larder (thechippylarder@gmail.com), the SOFEA charity membership scheme, and Mary’s Meals at St Mary’s Church (who provide food for family meals) have teamed up to do deliveries. Those self-isolated, with no support, also needing Food Parcels can call the St Mary’s team on 01608 646202.

Chippy Food Bank – is available 10 – 11.30am Mondays at New St Baptist Church
